Flood Control Diverts, Conserves Water |

Traffic Planners Consider Express Lanes |
San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG)—the County’s regional transportation agency—is considering whether to utilize Express Lanes for the proposed lane additions on I-10 and I-15 to reduce traffic congestion and generate revenue for road improvements.
Express lanes Lanes are carpool lanes solo drivers can legally use by paying a toll, which fluctuates based on the amount of traffic on a freeway. Carpoolers can still use Express Lanes for free, but unlike most carpool lanes, these Express Lanes will likely require three or more people for free usage.
