Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events Planned in Wrightwood and Trona on Saturday

San Bernardino County's Household Hazardous Waste Team will be hosting collection events in Wrightwood and Trona on Saturday, June 12.

The Wrightwood event will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at 1420 State Highway 2, Wrightwood next to the Flood Yard building. The Trona event will take place at 8 a.m. until noon at San Bernardino County Fire Station at 83732 Trona Road.

Residents may drop off hazardous household waste items including antifreeze, electronics, batteries, oil, oil filters, cosmetics, pesticides, and more. Please make sure your containers are not leaking and have lids. Transport no more than 15 gallons (or 125 pounds) in containers larger than 5 gallons. No business waste, tires, yard waste, asbestos, and solid waste will be accepted. 

Please have all waste in the back of the vehicle. Sharps/needles should be with the driver.
