WRIB Services - Test Scoring & Item Analysis

All booklet masters are accompanied by a WRIB Scoring Process Checklist to facilitate scoring by WRIB. The upper portion of the form which includes basic test identification information will be completed by the WRIB clerk. The remainder of the form, including the exact number of answer sheets sent and any other scoring notations, is completed by the WRIB member.

In order for WRIB to provide scoring results, the answer sheets need to include candidate ID numbers coded in the ID number portion of the answer sheet. If scoring has been done locally and only item analysis is requested, ID numbers are not necessary. If fewer than 15 candidates have been tested, then item analysis cannot be done, but scoring can still be provided. However, if a test will be used for multiple administrations, members may request that WRIB retain answer sheets until a sufficient number exist to provide item analysis. Scoring and/or item analysis processing is completed within 24 hours after receipt of the answer sheets by WRIB.

Answer sheets, scoring, and/or item analysis printouts are immediately mailed back to you, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to review them. WRIB will provide secure destruction of answer sheets if you do not want them returned.
