Purpose
The purpose of this website is to provide WIC nutrition education and collect information via a survey to provide customer satisfaction.

The seven internet classes, English and Spanish, developed by San Bernardino County WIC Program, along with links to other WIC internet classes provide additional education options for participants that have access to the internet.

The classes developed in San Bernardino are:

Infant Care
The WIC Customer Satisfaction Survey, English and Spanish, is a instrument to evaluate and assess satisfaction of the WIC participant with the educational component, the staff, and the overall program. The information obtained from the survey will be used to direct the focus of education, training staff, overcoming barriers for participants taking part in the WIC program. Subsequently, the program will be evaluated on a continuous basis using quality improvement techniques. Evaluation Process
