The professional bailiffs and custody officers maintain control and decorum within the courtrooms and court facilities. Site supervising sergeants and area command lieutenants also manage the development and execution of local court security plans to include judicial protection strategies and measures for dealing with high-profile trials.
Additional divisional concerns like training, contract compliance, customer satisfaction and strategic planning are coordinated through an Executive Officer's position at the department's Court Services Administration Offices.
