Sheriff's Missing Persons:

Approximately 10,000 persons are reported missing in San Bernardino County each year.  Although the vast majority of the missing return home, the Sheriff Department is currently investigating nearly 1,500 missing person cases.  This department is dedicated to ensuring that appropriate processing is completed for each person whose location is unknown, per California law (Penal Codes 14205, 14206 and 14250) and Peace Officers Standards and Training (Missing Person Investigation Guidelines).

This site will contain information about critical missing persons, and cases for which family contact has been lost, in the hopes that the required steps can be taken to ensure that each and every missing person comes home.  If you have any information that could lead to the location and return of one of San Bernardino’s missing, please contact the investigator listed on the flyer, or the Unidentified-Missing Persons Center (909-387-2978).
