HOW TO READ THE CANDIDATE LIST
AND
DEFINITION OF ABBREVIATIONS
Beginning on the left-hand side…disregard the numbers, they are for office use only.
Contest name = The name of the office up for election.
Name on ballot = the candidate’s name and occupation as they will appear on the ballot. The second name is how they are registered along with their residence address, affidavit number and telephone number(s) – night time or day time. If the candidate has a mailing address, no residence will appear – only the mailing address.
PAMT = Candidate Statement Filed.
The following codes are not used: NPET, SPET, LOT #, DCDE, and DCOL.
Far right hand side of candidate list:
INCU = Incumbent (Y=Yes, N=No) (party abbreviation)
FINL = finalized their filing Y or N
WNER = Winner-unknown at this time
TRN # = Transaction number
TRND = Last transaction date
TDTE = Voter registration date
EDTE = Date first entered into candidate module
ETIM = Time first entered into candidate module
NOTE: All contests are a vote for one (1) except:
Democratic and Republican County Central Committees, which are a vote for six (6)
and
City of Loma Linda which is a vote for two (2)
