to the San Bernardino County Unclaimed Property Tax Refund Website. You
can use this site to search for refunds of property taxes that have not been
claimed. These refunds have been created due to a reduction in the
assessed value of property after the property taxes have been totally
paid.
To
research and request a duplicate Claim Form, you will need to know either the
Assessor’s Parcel Number or the Situs Address of the property. Duplicate claim
forms will be sent to the mailing address on the original bill. Changes
in the mailing address may require further information before processing.
