The division welcomes volunteers Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open the first and third Saturday of each month to accommodate volunteers who can work only on weekends. Volunteers assist in collections management projects, scanning slides and photographs, library organization, cataloging archaeological collections, and many other museum-related projects. To learn how to become a volunteer in the anthropology division, contact Adella Schroth or submit the volunteer form.

We encourage local colleges and universities to use our resources for senior papers, theses, and independent studies. Internships are available in archaeological laboratory methods and museology through the Anthropology Division.
