Wee Rhymes

Join us Monday mornings at 11:30 a.m for the next six weeks for

Wee Rhymes.

This is a free program designed for toddlers and features fingers plays, music and movement for toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and their caregivers.

Wee Rhymes will run April 29 - June 3.

Adult Literacy Program

The Hesperia Branch Library is recruiting tutors and learners for our Adult Literacy program. The program is designed to help adults improve their English reading and comprehension skills. If you would like to become involved as either a tutor or learner, please contact Rebecca Bryan at 760-244-4898.

Pre-School Story Time

Come join us Tuesdays at 11:30 AM for a fun filled hour of stories, music and crafts appropriate for children ages three through five.

Calling all teens!  Come join us all month long for scheduled activities on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.  Don't miss out on these fun filled activities that all your friends will be talking about.

FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY

Friends of the Library members volunteer their time and talent to promote the use of the library, to assist library staff and to raise funds, which are used to enhance library services. 

The Friends of the Library is open to all who wish to support the Hesperia Branch Library. We are always looking for help with book sales, raffles and other activities at our branch! Regular meetings are held the second Thursday of every month at 11:00 a.m.

FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY BOOK SALE

The last Saturday of every month is the Friends Big Book Sale where books are 1/2 price!  Come buy from our wonderful selection!

COMPUTER CLASSES-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Please call 760-244-4898 to register or visit the reference desk.  These 5 week classes will teach you the basic skills to operate a computer, navigate the web, use email and the basics of Microsoft Office tools. 

Instructors provided by:  Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
