Be Creative @ Your Library is this year's theme for the children's Summer Reading Program! Your local branch of the San Bernardino County Library has FREE events scheduled throughout the summer for pre-schoolers and elementary school-age children. Teens are also invited to participate in their very own Summer Reading Program, Express Yourself @ Your Library. Along with the opportunity to attend educational and entertaining programming, children and teens may participate in the reading incentive program that offers rewards for checking out and reading library books and listening to audiobooks. Summer Reading Program schedules are posted for each of the 30 branch libraries under "Branch Information".

The San Bernardino County Library's 2007-2008 Annual Report is now available as an Adobe Acrobat Reader file. The year saw record increases in patron visits and items in circulation, as well as three all-new facilities and one extensive remodel. Your library hosted over 3.8 million visits and over 700,000 computer sessions. The cover photo shows some of the thousands of opening-day visitors at the Fontana Lewis Library and Technology Center.
