The San Bernardino County Library presented the Facilities Master Plan, prepared by Providence Associates of Cottonwood, AZ, to the County Board of Supervisors in December 2001. It discusses the library's need for new facilities over the next twenty years. It establishes three levels of facilities priorities, and will serve as a major analytical tool for the library's applications for funds from the Library Bond Act of 2000 (Proposition 14).
