ICEMA ON CALL EMS DUTY OFFICER (EMSDO) SCHEDULE
The EMSDO will be the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the agency and available after hours from 1700 to 0800 hours weekdays, and during the weekends and holidays. ICEMA has established a dedicated e-mail address for the EMSDO at ICEMADutyOfficer@cao.sbcounty.gov. This e-mail address must be used as the primary method of contact for the EMSDO. In the event that the EMSDO cannot be reached, please contact the Back-up Duty Officer, as indicated below:
