Employee Health & Productivity (EHaP)
Employee Health and Productivity (EHaP) is an integrated disability management program that combines Wellness, and Modified Duty services to assist employees with health and work life issues. The goal is to ensure that all employees maintain good health, and receive appropriate, timely medical care
and are able to return to work while recovering from an illness or injury so they can return to work as soon as medically appropriate.
EHaP provides a variety of services to improve and maintain the health of employees. Services include:
- Free and confidential Employee Assistance Program for counseling and
referrals
- Workplace health education classes
- Reduced rate health club memberships
- Annual free flu shot program
- Onsite health screenings (e.g. blood pressure/blood sugar)
