Lt. Paul Cappitelli is a 21-year veteran of the Sheriff's Department.  He has been the commander of EVOC since March, 1999.  He was an EVOC Driving Instructor collaterally from 1985-1991.  His career has included assignments in patrol, traffic, homicide investigation, public relations, custody, gang enforcement and problem-oriented policing.  He has an A.A. Degree in the Administration of Justice, a B.S. Degree in Business and Management and is currently pursuing graduate studies seeking a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
