Ethical Reflections

Introduction

Photographer photo

The phrase "ethical reflection" suggests, first,  that our moral character and ethical underpinning is "reflected" in the actions and decisions we take or make (or don't) and, also, that when we think critically and analytically about issues with ethical implications we engage in the process of "ethical reflection."

As a visual reminder of the ethical component of the word "reflection," we've selected quotes from some of the world's great thinkers and social commentators and attached them to a collection of extraordinary photographic images, each with its own "reflective" quality. Though we don't necessarily endorse the underlying thought, we do hope you'll find the collection inspiring.

Your feedback, corrections and additions are always welcome. Please let us know what you think.
