The Contracts Division is responsible for the advertisement, award and administration of San Bernardino County Department of Public Works construction projects. Contract Projects are advertised and awarded in accordance with provisions of the Public Contract Code. Projects are advertised in Newspapers of general circulation in the area of the project and also in various Construction Trade Journals and Newsletters. Contracts are awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as required by the Code and are administered in accordance with State and County Standard Specifications. |
