Brendon Biggs is the Deputy Director over Transportation and Flood Control Operations. His areas of responsibility includes maintenance on roads in the County Maintained Road System (CMRS) and maintenance on the Flood Control District facilities. This maintenance includes snow removing, asphalt repair, dirt road grading, channel clearing, debris basin cleaning, and other routine maintenance activities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Permits Division for the issuance of road and flood control permits and providing operations engineering support, and the operation of the radio communications room.
