Annesley Ignatius is the Deputy Director over Land Development and Construction. His areas of responsibilities includes the Land Development Division, which is responsible for the review and approval of transportation and drainage facilities of development projects throughout the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County; the Contracts Division, which is responsible for the advertisement, award, and administration of Department of Public Works capital improvement projects; the Environmental Management Division (EMD), which coordinates the storm water quality issues and environmental compliance for new County road and flood projects as well as maintenance of existing facilities; the Hazardous Tree Removal Operations Division, which oversees the administration of contracts related to removal of mountain trees killed by bark beetles; and the Administrative Services Division, which provides general administrative support for the Department.
