A partnership aimed at addressing the devastating effects of domestic violence has received national recognition. Domestic violence is a crime and a tragedy. It is also a health care problem of epidemic proportions. In addition to the immediate trauma caused by abuse, domestic violence contributes to a number of chronic health problems.

Breastfeeding Support “BONUS helpline” launches today
Mothers who are having breastfeeding concerns, such as latching, milk supply, comfortable breastfeeding positions, and other breastfeeding questions, may now use the BONUS helpline that connects mothers to an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLCs) who can help. The free helpline is intended to offer breastfeeding support and reassurance to mothers during this special time in their lives.
