Public Notice for U.S.M.C. 29 Palms Disposal Facility (09/09/2014)


As a property owner, tenant, or person who has requested notice, please be advised that the County of San Bernardino Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) received, and is considering an application to modify the solid waste facility permit (SWFP) for the U.S.M.C. 29 Palms Disposal Facility. The LEA is certified by the California Integrated Waste Management Board to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within the County of San Bernardino, including all active and closed landfills.
