Notice of Change to the Report of Facility Information for the West Valley Materials Recovery Facility

Please be advised that the County of San Bernardino, Department of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health (LEA) received and approved a Report of Facility Information (RFI) amendment to the Transfer Processing Report (TPR) for the West Valley Materials Recovery Facility. The LEA is certified by CalRecycle to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within the County of San Bernardino, including all active and closed landfills. Notice of Public Information Meeting: Cemex Black Mountain Quarry Plant Engineered Municipal Solid Waste Conversion Facility – Application For New Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP)

The San Bernardino County LEA will be holding a public information meeting for any interested parties to learn more about the proposed new Solid Waste Facility Permit and to provide comments to the LEA regarding the proposed action. The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 5:30pm at Apple Valley Town’s Convention Center – Room DS#1 (14955 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA 92307).
