The The AIDS Program provides HIV antibody counseling and testing, prevention education and outreach services, outpatient medical care and referral for dental care, access to the California AIDS Drug Assistance Program; and HIV/AIDS surveillance and special epidemiologic studies. Program activities are designed to reduce the likelihood of HIV transmission.
