To begin, click on the link that says "More advanced search features", located on each page within the San Bernardino County Restaurant Ratings site.

Here you will find a search interface. You may search based on any or all of the following fields: Facility Name, Street, and City. In addition, you may restrict your search to the score range of the most recent inspections of the facilities. However, you must have entered search criteria for at least one of the three fields mentioned above. After you have entered your search criteria, hit the "Submit" button to get the results that match your criteria of your search. You may also search by facility name or a partial name of a facility.
The advanced search uses automatic wildcards at the beginning and ending of any criteria you enter. Example: if you were to search for Facility Names with "taco", you would receive results that included both "Del Taco" and "Taco Bell", as well as any other facilities with the word "taco" within them. This is a helpful feature if you do not know exactly how a restaurant, street name, or city is spelled. For example, if you are unsure of how to spell "Victorville", you could search cities by a snippet of the city name you did know, i.e. "victor". It is also helpful to track down facilities that use common naming themes. Entering a search for facilities named "pizza" returns many different
pizzerias.
