TAPP provides residential drug abuse treatment and mental health services for San Bernardino County residents with these co-occurring disorders. the TAPP team delivers mental health and case management services in a collaborative effort with the staff at Cedar House, a residential substance abuse treatment program. TAPP receives referrals from hospitals and other community facilities. TAPP services are focused on clients who commit to leaving a lifestyle of substance abuse and to moving forward with treatment on their behavioral health issues. TAPP places graduates from this three-month program into sober living homes and provides follow-up work with the graduates to lessen the chance of relapse or re-hospitalization.
