Program: CAPSBC – Obershaw Transitional Housing 

Program Description: The goal of Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County - Family Development Program (FDP) is to assist in improving the quality of life and standard of living of low-income families and individuals in San Bernardino County. The Obershaw House Transitional Housing Project provides temporary affordable housing families as they make the transition from homelessness to stability.  Residents of Obershaw House work with a Case Management to set goals and work toward acquiring employment and permanent housing.
