Program: CAPSBC – Obershaw Transitional Housing 

Program Description: This program offers a 47 bed emergency homeless shelter for low and no income families, single men or women, and parolees with a referral from their parole officer. Additional space is open during inclement weather. Showers for residents and non residents are provided along with additional services like clothing and bus passes.
