Clearwater Residential Care for the Elderly, Inc., was founded in 1996 by the husband and wife team of Carl and Malisse Buford.The mission of Clearwater Residential Care for the Elderly, Inc. is to serve the disabled, and low-income families and homeless of the Inland Empire and provide them with food and shelter.
