Traveling
North on I-15, exit to the I-40 east to Needles. Exit J street
and turn south (right) (toward Denny’s Restaurant).
Go up approximately three blocks to the Needles Civic Center.
Pull into the parking lot on the south side of the facility.
(If you reach Bailey Avenue, you have gone too far).
