Night Court in Barstow is held the last Thursday
of the month. During the months of November and December,
there are often variations to this schedule, so you should
call to confirm if wanting to attend Night Court in those
months.
The 2008 dates for night court are: January 31, February 28, March 27, April 24, May 29, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 30, November 20, December 18.
Check in begins at 4:30 p.m. with clients usually being
seen shortly after 5:00 p.m.

Night Court check in time is between 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM.
It is held the fourth Thursday of each month. Because of

Night Court is specifically for infraction cases only.
Cases that require modification of probation or recalling
warrants will not be heard during Night Court sessions.
A drop-box is available for fine payments
and traffic school proof of completion. The drop-box
is located outside
the court’s lobby at the main entrance (West Side of the
building, facing the Chino Police station).
Acceptable court attire is business or casual dress (jeans
are allowed). People wearing shorts or tank tops will not
be admitted to court.

Night Court in Needles is held on the second Monday of
each month at 5:00 p.m. with check-in beginning at 4:00
p.m. No one checking in later than 4:45 p.m. will be admitted
to court.
There will be no Night Court during the month of October.

Appropriate dress required. No shorts, tank tops, crop

It is "walk-in"; no appointments need to
be made to attend.

Cucamonga:
Night Court is held twice a month on Wednesday evenings
in the Rancho Cucamonga Court.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. Courtroom

the East End of the building on the 1st floor. Night Court
is specifically designed for first appearances of traffic
infractions and misdemeanors. Cases that require modification

Bernardino:
Traffic citations: Night
Court sessions in San Bernardino are for those individuals
who have been cited to appear in San Bernardino for
infraction violations. You may appear in Night Court for
"first appearances" only and have a citation with
an Infraction violation. You may appear if you have not
appeared in court on the citation before, paid for the
citation, or the date has not passed. Night Court in San
Bernardino is held the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month for
traffic infraction citations. If the 1st and 3rd Thursday is a holiday, night court will be held on the following Thursday. Acceptable court attire is
business or casual dress; you may wear jeans. You must wear
shoes. No shorts or tank tops are permitted when appearing
in court. Please bring a copy of your citation or courtesy
notice with you.
You must check in for Traffic Night
Court by 5:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Clerk's office. This
office is located at 351 North Arrowhead Avenue, 2nd floor
of the Main Courthouse, San Bernardino. Please call (909)
