In order to file a claim for refund of tax
payments and/or penalties, complete and submit this form to the
Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. |

Complaints from the Public |
Members of the public wishing to submit a
complaint to the Board of Supervisors regarding a county department
can do so by completing the form available here. Claims are received
by the Clerk of the Board and routed to the Board of Supervisors and

Conflict of Interest |
Designated County officials and employees,
members of County boards and commissions and members of other local
public entities are required to file a Statement of Economic
Interest/California Form 700 when assuming/leaving office and on an
