To apply for a County Board, Commission or Committee, complete and submit the BCC application form. The BCC application form may be submitted on-line or manually.

To apply on-line, complete the BCC application form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.  Your application will be electronically submitted to the Clerk of the Board and, upon successful submission, you will see a confirmation page.

To apply manually, complete the BCC application form and click the "Print" button at the bottom of the form.  Sign your printed application and mail or deliver it to: Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 385 North Arrowhead Avenue, 2nd Floor, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0130.
