Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County’s Strategic Plan for 2005-2010 is a dynamic document that serves as a road map that guides our organization in the next five years. The Strategic Plan is the outcome of over twelve months of dedication and hard work provided by all the participants engaged throughout the process.
