Agency Description:

A non-profit faith based church/corporation that has been operating in the City of Rialto for the past six years and in the Inland Empire for over 16 years.  HOPGOM is a ministry that has a passion to provide services and support to the community. HOPGOM conducts free food and clothing giveaways to homeless and low-income individuals and families, as well as the general public in need.  HOPGOM also offer special holiday events such as Vacation Bible School to young children, Thanksgiving Day Feeding, Christmas turkeys to the  and an abundance of toy give always. HOPGOM have also become a pillar in the community by providing companionship to the elderly and seniors of the Rialto Senior Convalescent Home, in Rialto.

Program: Vision of Hope

Program Description: The Vision of Hope Self-Sufficiency program offers a fresh approach to the common issues faced by many people in need. Many clients have no direction on what to do. Thy may not have the skills necessary to fulfill the basic requirements to get them assistance. This often times causes frustration and instead of utilizing all of the subsidies, and programs available to them, they give up. Whether it be for lack of understanding, or lack of  the proper basic written and/or oral communication skills, or program offers the client immediately assistance to apply for what is needed , and follow up with the proper training in the areas of deficit that were experienced through the intake process. This will direct them toward independence and self reliance.
