Country Club Dr., Rialto Office Term 4-year appointment Min. Qualifications: Council members shall be residents of the unincorporated area and shall be registered to vote at a residence within the boundaries of the Council. Purpose: To act as an advisory committee to the Board of Supervisors on all matters referred to it by the Board of Supervisors.

Qualifications: Must be a resident of the Zone. Purpose: To obtain community guidance, advice and counsel in water conservation and flood control work to the satisfaction of local citizens. The committees are the sounding board & guiding hands of the communities, areas or interests which they represent to better enable the district to be responsive to local needs and desires.

Qualifications: Council members shall be residents of the unincorporated area and shall be registered to vote at a residence within the boundaries of the Council. Purpose: To act as an advisory committee to the County Fifth District Supervisor.
