Gary Ovitt is the Fourth District Supervisor and Chairman for San Bernardino County, California. First elected in 2004 for a two-year term vacancy, he was reelected in 2006 for a full four-year term.

The Fourth District is comprised of the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Montclair and Ontario. The Fourth District encompasses 133 square miles and is home to over 340,000 residents.
