Community Vital Signs Engagement Meeting
When: Tuesday, August 27, 2013   2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Community Vital Signs (CVS) is a community-driven effort in partnership with the County of San Bernardino to establish a health improvement framework. CVS is intended to implement the Wellness Element of the Countywide Vision by setting evidence-based goals and priorities for actions that encompass policy, education, environment, and systems change to ensure quality of life; improve and sustain education and workforce; and attract economic development.

CVS will provide an in-depth analysis of the current health of the County of San Bernardino, and develop evidence-based goals and priorities to align with national and statewide efforts through Healthy People 2020 and Healthy California 2020. The resources gathered by CVS will assist organizations and agencies in the County to develop or enhance programs and policies to better meet the needs of residents.

This Community Engagement Meeting is an opportunity to gather input from community residents. The event is free and open to the public. We value your participation as the information gathered at this event will be collected, analyzed and published in a final report to be presented in November.
