Did you know that the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has a Bureau of Victim Services? Victim advocates are trained professionals who provide support to victims and witnesses of crimes. This support can be in the form of emotional support, providing victims’ rights information, finding and providing resources such as shelter and victim compensation, and more. The office's courthouse K-9s are trained to assist crime victims and witnesses during stressful stages of legal proceedings, including child forensic interviews/trials. To learn more, contact the Victim Services Center at 15371 Civic Dr., 1st Floor, Victorville, CA 92392 or call (760) 552-6947.
