Robert Lovingood has been a businessman and entrepreneur in the High Desert since 1989. After spending four years in the Air Force and studying business and economics, Robert moved to Victorville to establish and grow employment staffing companies. He has placed many High Desert residents into temporary and permanent positions for the last 23 years.
Robert is passionate about donating his energy, time and financial resources to support a number of non-profit/service organizations and community programs. He served as vice-chair on the Board of Directors for the Lewis Center for Education and chair of the St. Mary Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors. He also chaired the Victorville Chamber of Commerce.
His philosophy is simple: When we create jobs, we create revenue to expand public safety and improve critical infrastructure which will lead to the recovery of our schools and communities.
Robert is a resident of Apple Valley and recently celebrated 15 years of marriage with his wife, Melanie. They are teaching their 3 children to be compassionate and serve others in their community. His success, along with the success of his businesses, is rooted in the success of his community.
