The Enterprise EFMS Project is a countywide collaborative effort to replace the existing financial accounting system that was implemented over 20 years ago and does not provide either the efficiencies or information for managing County functions that modern systems provide.
 
 
RFP ACT114-ACTT-0951 - ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
March 17, 2014 - The County Purchasing Department has released RFP ACT114-ACTT-0951, Enterprise Financial Management System, via the County's electronic procurement system. The RFP and all associated documents can be found at the following link: ePro Bid Solicitation - RFP ACT114-ACTT-0951 Interested parties do not need to be registered in ePro to view the RFP but registration is required in order to submit a proposal. RFP ACT114-ACTT-0951 PRE-PROPOSAL TELECONFERENCE
A pre-proposal teleconference is scheduled for Monday, March 31, 2014 at 10:00am PST. Attendance by prospective bidders is optional, and a list of questions and answers from the teleconference will be posted to the County's ePro system by Monday, April 14, 2014. Call-in information for the teleconference can be found in the RFP document.
 
RFP ACT114-ACTT-0951 TELECONFERENCE Q&A POSTED, RFP UPDATED
The questions and answers from the Pre-Proposal Teleconference were posted to the County's ePro system on April 14, 2014. As a reminder, the deadline for Submission of Additional Questions is Monday, April 21, 2014.

RFP E1301 - CLIENT PROJECT MANAGER

San Bernardino County is preparing to acquire and implement a new ERP system which will be as robust and integrated with all county operations and activities as can be justified by solid cost/benefit analysis.  In preparation for that project, this RFP will be for the purpose of acquiring a Client Project Manager (CPM) to be responsible for accomplishing the implementation, over an approximately three year period, of that ERP system.

Acceptance of proposals for RFP E1301 has ended. Please see the December 13, 2013 announcement below.

Please Note: The schedule for the RFP has been amended due to a technical issue that may have prevented the timely exchange of information regarding the RFP.  The dates in the RFP timeline have been extended to allow potential submitters ample time to ask questions and prepare their proposals. Please refer to Amendment 1 below for more information on the extended timeline dates.
