How to Order Copies

Health and Safety Code Section 102230 was amended with Senate Bill 1614, to keep Birth, Death, and Marriage record indices confidential. As per the modifications of the code section these indices are exempt from disclosure under the California Public Records Act.

To request a copy of these documents please complete the form with all information as completely as you can, and mail with payment to the County Recorder.
