Important Notice: On October 2, 2011, California Governor Jerry Brown signed
Assembly Bill 1053, Chapter 402. This bill amends Health and Safety Code Section
103625 to increase the fees for birth, death, and fetal death certificates incrementally
every year from 2012-2014.
