The San Bernardino County Recorder's Office does not have the authority to release a lien without a properly signed Release of Lien form.

You will need to contact the creditor shown on the lien about obtaining a "Release of Lien" document to record in our office. The fee to record local government releases is $12.00. The fee to record IRS releases is $8.00.
