Administration Services
Administration Services is responsible for:
Answering all telephone calls from the public. They average between 6,000 and 7,000 calls a month. These are the staff that man our toll free number (1-800-472-5609)
Relay incoming calls to our Dispatch Office who then
relays information to the Field Officers, which
increases their response time (versus if the
officers had to come into the main office to
pick up all their calls)
Mail information to residents (i.e. barking
dog letters, spay and neuter vouchers, etc.)
Sell Dog Licenses
They send out and receive all of the mailing
for the Program, including the Spay and
Neuter Vouchers
Wildlife Service Assistance
ACC's Clerical Staff screens all incoming calls and contact wildlife control personnel for coyote, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, fox, cougar/lynx, ducks, raccoons, skunks, wolves, and feral dog problems as appropriate.
