This document is the new five-year Consolidated Plan adopted by the County in April 2005 and covers fiscal years 2005-06 through 2009-10. It reflects the county's needs, priorities, grant funding levels and includes the required first year Action Plan for the county’s Consolidated Plan. Additional HUD-required supporting documents are also included.

The Final 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan, and 2005-2006 Action Plan, are broken down into five sections, plus appendices and welcome. Please see below:

Please Note: The 2005-2006 list of projects approved for funding can be found in Section III - 2005. A summary of the approved projects are listed in the 2005-2006 Final Plan Summary.

A 30-day public review period occurred in May 2005 and the public comments received were summarized in Section V of this document. Priority needs, funding, project and geographic data was entered into HUD-supplied Community 2020 software. Resulting Community 2020 Reports are included in the county’s Final Consolidated Plan document. The Final Consolidated Plan was submitted to HUD on May 31, 2005. Revisions to the Final Plan were submitted to HUD on June 21, 2005.
