Apple Valley

The high desert town of Apple Valley is relatively young, having been incorporated less than 20 years ago. Over the past few years the town, like other cities in the Victor Valley, became a magnet for growth. According to U.S. Census figures, Apple Valley’s population grew 41 percent from 2000 to 2005, drawing more housing, retail development and industry.
