| The Youth Accountability Board is a "community response to a community problem”. The YAB is comprised of volunteers working as a team to investigate cases involving low-risk, first-time juvenile offenders, and work with their parents or guardians to determine appropriate consequences and devise constructive accountability plans for the juvenile and family. | |
