Through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, County of San Bernardino can now assist you as you shop, purchase and improve the home you have been waiting to own.

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was designed to help residents purchase and rehabilitate affordable, foreclosed homes in eligible areas. Homeowners improve neighborhoods because they’re invested in their home and in their community. We’re looking forward to welcoming you as a neighbor and homeowner in San Bernardino County.
