Riverside and San Bernardino County hold joint meeting
San Bernardino County and Riverside County's respective Board of Supervisors held a joint meeting on Sept. 16, 2014 to discuss issues important to our region. Loma Linda University Health's new San Bernardino Campus
August 13, 2014 — Supervisor Gonzales recently went on the air with KVCR to discuss the Loma Linda University Health's new San Bernardino Campus. The $60 million new career college and medical facility will serve up to 250,000 patients each year. The 7.25 acre site is located between the I-215 Freeway and San Manuel Stadium, and is due to begin construction late 2014 or early next year. Visit lomalindahealth.org
Mid Valley Landfill in Rialto
August 18, 2014 — Supervisor Gonzales, accompanied by Department of Public Works staff, visited the Mid Valley Landfill in Rialto. The landfill has recently switched hands to Athens Services who have maintained a well organized, clean, and efficient facility.
