More signs of growth and opportunities in the High Desert

The development community continues to see growth and opportunities in the High Desert. Rich Development recently started construction on a retail center along Bear Valley Road, just west of the Mojave River in Hesperia. The 58,866-square-foot center will include Aldi, Panera, Auto Zone, Quick Quack Car Wash and Planet Fitness. It’s always encouraging when business carefully studies our area and then decides to invest in the High Desert. More than words, investment is the private sector’s way of showing their confidence in the prospect for growth and prosperity.  We can all take pride in that.
